Cures for BV suggest using a hydrogen peroxide douche with acidophilus tablets. How do I do this?

I'm just wondering what kind of form to purchase the hydrogen peroxide whether its the liquid or powder form? Also how to douche with it, do I buy some kind of bag? Any suggestions on where to get the acidophilus tablets? I've had this BV problem for about 8 years and I've tried a lot of solutions which have all failed to cure it. Help!
