IS THIS LEGAL........................?
THE OCIATION MANAGER WAS PAID 400.00 OUT OF A 700.00 OF MONTHLY RENT PAYMENTS DUE TO THE FACT THAT OUR APARTMENT HAS DEVELOPED MILDEW ON THE WALLS AND CEILING IN MY 4YR OLD SONS ROOM IN WHICH HE HAS MEDICAL RECORDS OF ASTHMA AND BREATHING PROBLEMS AND IT IS A HEALTH HAZARD NOT TO MENTION THAT I HAVE A NEWBORN BABY IN WHICH HE WILL NE TURNING 2 MONTHS ON THE 7TH OF JANUARY. WE WAS TOLD BY ELAINE THAT SHE WOULD HAVE SOMEONE TAKE CARE OF IT AND THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE IN WHICH I DONT FEEL THAT WE SHOULD HAVE TO PAY AS MY BOYFRIEND WAS TELLING HER THAT WE WILL NOT PAY FOR THE DIFFERENCE AFTER THE MONEY WE SPEND TO FIX THE PROBLEM TO NO AVAIL SHE TOLD US NOT TO MAKE THE MONEY ORDER OUT TO THE CONDOMINIUM OCIATION BUT TO HER BUSINESS OF WE SELL FLORIDA PROPERTIES REALTY AND I FIND THAT TO BE VERY SUSPICIOUS. WE HAVE BEEN CONNED INTO LIVING IN A FORECLOSURE HOME IN WHICH WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO STAY IN THE UNIT BECAUSE OUR MONEY THAT WE HAVE SAVED FOR AN APARTMENT WAS TAKEN FROM US BY SLUM LORD AND WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY THE OCIATION THE MONTLY BALANCE AFTER SHE VANISHED WHEN WE TOLD HER OF THE PROBLEMS WE WERE HAVING WITH THE UNIT. SHE IS SENDING A PLUMBER TO COME AND FIX THE PROBLEM BUT IS MILDEW IN A PLUMBERS THEIR JOB DESCRIPTION AM VERY SUSPICIOUS OF THESE SITUATION SO FOR THAT I WILL CONTINUE TO KEEP A RECORD OF THEM.
