What are the pearls and the swine in the Bible?

One does not treat things which are sacred like it is worthless. On does not talk about spiritual things in a marriage with vulgar language. In my LDS church, one of the most sacred aspects of our church is the promises we make inside the temple. We do not discuss these, not because they are secret, but because they are sacred. There are things between a couple that are kept between the couple. They are sacred. Talking about them to others is casting the pearls in your life before swine, or to dogs, who will make fun of them and turn and rend you also.
