Do women (as individuals and as a group) have a responsibility to fight against ism worldwide?

yeah. it's sad but unless you fly over there and make a huge protest and really do something about it, your wasting your energy. sure you can express your views here as well but don't be so angry, just enjoy the freedoms you do have here since for you, THIS is reality. by the way, it's not only women, many countries, all men have to join the army and train for several years. men are thought of being the head and the face of the household and his job, societal status, will determine whether or not he is shunned by his peers and the people around him. in those countries, the men too, have lots of stress.
