You need to be honest with her, if she's truly your best friend she'll understand and do something about it! Do this in person tonight and see how she reacts. If she just acts the same she doesn't care enough about you and you should start hanging around with other people. Don't hang on to a "best friend" like this, it'll just cause more pain.
