I NEED TO ETS! My contract says ill ets june2010. but LES says June1013!!!!Please help i need out.?

ok i enlisted into the Army NG in june 27, 2007. i only enlisted for 3 years. i still have my very 1st contract and it says i only enlisted for 3 years so that means ill be getting out in june 27, 2010 right? well my LES says ill be ETSing in 2013. let me be clear im only willing to serve the time i actually enlisted for. im not willing to serve any ADD ON time. i know the military can extend me. but my question is how can i ETS on June 27,2010. im starting my police academy then and have huge plans for my future. any answeres will help. thanks!
