Why do white supremacists use black avatars in the Politics section?

I have never seen so many black ultra-right wing conservatives in my life. I saw one user with a black avatar that had a hippie bandanna on, saying how Barack and Michelle Obama are somehow communist-sympathizing Muslims, another kept bringing up Obama's "typical white person" comment, even though Obama meant his grandmother was a typical white person of her time, and there are many more examples.
