Is America obsessed about popularity in High School?

Yes, yes and yes. I've attended h.s in the USA and UK. I definitely think American teens emphasise too much on popularity based on looks, money and superficial worship of their favourite celebrities. They don't go to h.s. to study like other countries which explains their low IQ compared t o other nations.
