Yes, learning Korean is very important, but you don't have to teach English to work there. There are many jobs for unskilled workers, like nannies (people will pay good money for an English speaking babysitter!) and maids. If you learned Korean well enough, you could probably even get a job as a waitress or retail clerk at a store.
