My big question on how am i going to stay with my child in Europe legally...?

I am a Filipino citizen,married but were not living anymore with each other for 3 years.Our marriage is not yet legally annuled because of lack of reasons so that marriage can be annuled.I have a hungarian boyfriend and we are planning to stay in Hungary this coming end of the year.My questions is,is there no problem staying in Hungary with him while I'm still married.Is there possibilities that we can be married.We love each other very much and I want to stay with him for the rest of my life.He has a planned also to take my 6 years old son is there no problem of what we are planning?what will happen to my child if ever he is already there?
