Caught my wife in an affair. Thinks she can continue w/o any consequences before a divorce is final?

Live in TX & I tell her that I am willing to work things out, but if she continues to openly continue the affair as she says she will, while we are still married, isn't she jeopardizing her outcome for alimony & child custody in a divorce. I don't want to do that, but if she continues to dangle the affair, I am going to contest her arrogance that she can cheat & still suffer no consequences.....what is the laws in TX???
