I need help with starting off a speech?!?

But the sale of organs by the estate should be legal. You need a good attention getter. if you have access to some AV equipment I would try and find a photo of a person undergoing organ harvesting or something gross and throw that up. Then ask the question......is this how you want to be remembered or something along those lines. or look up the organ harvesting procedures and begin to describe it in GREAT GORY DETAIL. That should work.
