I am doing a project to making a HACCP (Hazardous ysis Critical Control Point) flowchart. My recipe must have 5 potentially hazardous ingredients. I chose Fried Fish Taco as my recipe. Majority of the recipes I see are quite similar with minor tweaks to them. So far I am able to find 4 items that are ptf in the recipe: Shredded cabbage, Mayo(raw eggs), Fish, and Salsa( chopped tomatoes). I need some help finding one more ptf that I might have missed or could add that is ptf related.
