What is the downside to living next to the following a naval weapon station?

Seal Beach NWS. No weird smells, not even especially heavy traffic. That area ( Seal Beach, Bolsa Chica ) is one of the quieter parts of Orange County because of the Wildlife refuge. There is is the smell of ocean and salt marsh but I don't find that offensive.
