What's Wrong with my Dog?

My dog hasn't eaten very well, and He seems not in the mood to play or run around. We gave him a bath Not that it'll help. Sadly It didn't so I went online and it said something about having sickness but im sure my dog's not sick. So Any Answeeers wouldd Beeee Greatt!!!!!!!!! :DDD Thankss
