Why are people so ignorant as to comment on my spelling?

when English is my second language and im dyslexic. I hate the fact people ume im stupid or something, it is so ignorant. I would be understanding of this is i was typing like this; oki lol y is dem ppl ded ignrnt n stuff ? . but i don't i try my best!
