700 Watt power supply for custom computer?

700W is enough, plenty. Its a good thought to run a PSU that is more than you need at this time. It ensures plenty of juice, and room for expansion. Just make sure it does not draw more than 10 amps of 120 volt AC power. 80% plus efficient. Buy a respectable brand. Corsair and Antec fill this statement. I notice no CPU here. The platform tells me LGA 1156? Could this be a i7? Make sure that your new PSU has the correct cable ends for your new build. Example: Some motherboards have 4 pin 12v and some have 8 pin . Newer style PSUs contain both or a convertible 4+4 plug that can be separated. Hope it helps. Link below to shop.
