How much should i budget for my wedding?

The reception will be a little under $5000, $450 for the church including soloist organist and altar servers, what are your recommendations for budgeting for dj, flowers, favors, invitations, hair, jewelry, garters photographer, videographer....i am from pittsburgh, pa also. Irwin, PA to be more specific any help will be great no matter where u are from in the US. thanks!
