I need help with a fight..?

ok so there is this guy who has been threatening me and nahh im not going to the cops i guess were gonna fite and if i dont sho i will look like a wimp so im gonna sho! any advice to help a fella out!? hes 15 and im 14 so i dont have age or anything to help me much but all the help i can get would be nice.. any cheap shots [besides nuts im not that pathetic] like weakspots would be great to kno!
