Question on Levi's� jeans?

I've found a place where they have men's Levi's� in a 29" inseam. I want jeans that are not going to be too tight or too loose around the thigh area and have a straight fit. I also want jeans that will be snug around the groin area, but not too tight. I don't want pants that are going to sag inches below the groin area that I'm going to have to pull up to my belly on for the jeans to be snug around my groin area. Would the 501 or the 505 work?
