Why won't my subwoofers play with my amp?

I have 3 10" JL audio subwoofers and my amp is an Alpine MRP-M1000 but recently Friday night my subwoofer stopped playing. I checked my grounding unit and everything is tight and there is no paint under the grounding unit at all so I can't find the problem, any ideas help.
