White Discharge with a fowl smell?

My wife age of 23 is suffering from white discharge since couple of days come along with fowl smell or itching, and also suffer from a dull abdominal pain and also feel very tired all the time. She is also have much desire of having after this white discharge and feels stomach pain and sometimes feels to vomit.We are doing unprotected some times as she is alergic to condoms.Kindly help me what can I do for the white discharge.
