Would it be weird to invite my pediatrician to my bat mitzvah?

In a few months I am becoming a Bat Mitzvah, I wanted to invite my pediatrician who I love and has seen me for a few years. She is Jewish too not that that matters. Would it be weird? How would I get the invitation to her, send it to the office? Thanks :)
