Will it be difficult for me to be accepted to CSU Long Beach?

I usually maintain around a 3.5 GPA, however this past semester (2nd semester of Junior year), I ended up with a 3.3. I do many extra curriculars, including 2 choirs at my school. My SAT score was an even 1600, and I am going to retake it in the fall before submitting applications. I am leaning towards a psychology or business major. What are my chances of being accepted here? (And by any chance does anyone know if I can audition in to one of their choirs without majoring in any type of music?)
